Terms of Enrollment — The Ownership Accelerator

By enrolling in The Ownership Accelerator, you agree to the following terms:

1. Program Overview

The Ownership Accelerator is a 9-stage leadership development program that includes:

On-demand lessons delivered through your Kajabi Library
Weekly live Clinic Calls for support, guidance, and application
Access to tools, templates, and leadership frameworks
A private community for peer support and engagement

You are enrolling as a member of the Ownership Accelerator program.

2. Payment Terms

The standard enrollment fee is $4,375 USD, paid in full at the time of registration.
Some members may join at a Founding Member rate if previously agreed upon.
All payments are final and non-refundable, due to the digital nature of the program and immediate access to course materials.

3. Participation Expectations

You are expected to engage with the course materials and attend Clinic Calls whenever possible.
This program is designed for meaningful growth through participation, not passive content consumption.

4. Access and Duration

You will receive lifetime access to the course materials, tools, templates, and on-demand lessons inside the Ownership Accelerator.
Community access and live Clinic Calls will continue to be available as long as the Ownership Accelerator program remains active.
We may update, enhance, or migrate materials to new platforms in the future, with reasonable notice provided to participants.

5. Confidentiality

You agree to keep all shared content, coaching discussions, and peer contributions confidential.
Respect for all participants’ privacy and trust is expected and required.
Materials, tools, and frameworks provided in the program are for your personal use and may not be shared, copied, or distributed.

6. No Guarantees

This program is designed to provide strategies, tools, and coaching, but results are dependent on your participation and effort.
No specific performance outcomes or job-related results are guaranteed.
